Copywrite question

I'm working on a theme that uses the majority of the css from red night by feline, which I gather is based on Halloween by Bloc.  The remainder of the theme is mine, using the Classic as a base for my alterations.  What should the copywrite say?  I haven't shown it to anyone yet, not until I put the copyright in, just want to make sure all credit due is given.  The copyright as of now reads.

The site more closely resembles Feline's red night then Bloc's halloween which is why I put it as I did.  Or do I need to incorporate both Bloc and Feline.

The theme is not complete yet, I still have to make the remainder of the bottons but you can see it for yourself.

I think that the Bloc theme are the prime cause that was the origin theme used by Feline.

So i think the base for the theme are still Blocs ?

I not sure about this, but i think it's that way, it's like that everywhere else on music, film with more anyway.

I agree, but he is a pretty amiable guy, so I wouldn't worry about talking to him..after all, if it wasn't for him....

Well I'm not going to release this theme it's just going to be used on my site.  I just want to do it right, with out having a copywrite that is a page long.  How about if I change
