Change encoding in rss feeds

I should change my forum's encoding from UTF-8 on  windows-1250 just for certain rss feed.
How i can do that?
I should put this function in feed i guest $text = iconv('utf-8','windows-1250',$text); ?

You cant do that within TP, tp only render the rss feed you want to use.
You have to contact the site or person that made the feed and ask them to help you.

Hm, they told that is up to me and suggest me to try using above function to try correcting the problem ...

If that's what they told you, you should give it a try. You can't blow anything up and there's no virus in there. See if it works.

Then you asked if you can put it in a function and G6 told you that TP has no control over that. So what do you need at this point that we can help with?
