Hi, i uninstalled TP and I keep getting this error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tportal_sidebar() in /www/gptlatino.net/htdocs/foro/Sources/Load.php(1726) : eval()'d code on line 228

I think that it's because i didn't uninstall the themes previously...

What can I do?
Plz i really need help

the site's URL is www.gptlatino.net

Any help will be hugely thanked!

You should've removed TP from your themes first.........Remove TPs code from Your themes first then it should be fine.

When you remove tp, the only themes that will be working correct are Default Core and Babylon, the rest of your themes must be uninstalled and changed to SMF only ( find them on simplemachines, org)

If you still have issues, download the upgrade package for SMF, make sure you get the same version as you have installed, and extract the package on your local computer, upload and overwrite the old files through FTP software.
Not that this step will remove all mods you have and not only the TP code.

A third step will be a bit more work, but reverse the modinstruction we have in our docsection, you remove the code manually instead of adding it.

All this HAS to be done with the default core theme set as your sites default theme.

Thanks G6!!!

How do i unistall the themes if i can't access the ACP?
Should I erase them from the FTP?
Do i download the smal upgrade or the large one?

G6Cad

Download the big upgrade as it comes with all fresh files with out the settings.php and settings_bak.php so you just replace all files.
When you have done that, refresh your forum, that should bring you back to the administration for the other work you need to do.

Ok thanks!
I ll try and be back in a few minutes!
Thanks for teh quick help.
REally hoping to work

G6Cad

It's not that hard, easy way to fix the forum quickly when it broke totally.
It's better to reinstall the other mods and a lot quicker then sitting and try to find the reason in the file line by line.
Most mods are easy to install back again when you have fresh files to work with :)

So I guess that SMF upgrade while overwrite the files from TP and restore the default theme so that i will be able to use the ACP? :)
