How i can add the icon code <> ( like when i write post in smf ) function to the FCKeditor when i write article ?

Thats something you should be asking the FCKeditor people. We can only support TinyPortal here.

do you know only which version on FCKeditor is in tinyportal ?

I do not know. I would imagine it would say in one of the FCKeditor files though... Sorry.
