Add a block to my theme

Hi all, i just installed tinyportal for my SMF forum. I got 360 elite skin and when i create a block on the left or on the right, it doesn't appear but on defaut skin, it did. So how to make my skin ok ?

Are you using the version of the theme that Crip converted to work with TinyPortal?
