[Need MOD] Show forum-posts on front page | Child-Forums | Unlimited Forums

Hello ^^, I have this questions from this secction:

Admin > TinyPortal > Settings > Front page > Show forum-posts on front page from:


1.- Exist some way to show more than 5 (five) forums on the front page?
2.- Also need to know if is possible to add an option to "show all the forums in the front page".
3.- And also an option to display messages from the Child-Forums in the front page.

Should be like: (This add an option automatically after pick other)


And this option "Show All" Should be like:


Exist any tip or way to support this MOD?

PD: Games and News have child-forums inside, we need show the post in this child-forums too.

Just set the options to display Home Page to go straight to Forum.

Admin > TinyPortal/Settings > Front Page > What to show on front page: [ ] Go directly to forum index.

I think that will do what you need without having to edit any files.. which is what would be required to do it the way you described.

I think that we need mod files =(  .

The Option "[ ] Go directly to forum index." Show the forum, like "index?=forum" modular link.
What I need is, show the post of all forums.
Example:

Forum Games
>Post: New Maps Game.
>Post: Game update.
Forum News
>Post: Politic News.
>Post: Informatic News.

SHOW IN PORTAL
>Post: New Maps Game.
>Post: Game update.
>Post: Politic News.
>Post: Informatic News.

It's no problem for 2 or 5 forums but, for 10 forums for example?

Yup, but don't have automatically add "forum new" and don't have "Show All forums" inside the panel (visual mode). The solutions founded not are General Solutions.

Also "Show child forums option" is'nt inside the panel.

PD: The images are showing my suggestions for the panel visual.
I can help for the MOD, please any suggetions more?

I can clearly see what it is you want to do, and I'm sure it has been asked before to add extra number of boards. The rest can probably be acheived using SSI functions.

This can be done but I would never do this since it adds a severe server load.
And add another forum board I think is a option or will be a option in TP 1.
