This started hapenning when I installed the integrated chat 2.3 because I use SMF 1.0.5

I installed Integrated chat and when I click on forums it takes around 12 seconds to load.

I am losing a lot of traffic

Other mods installed are : Integrated chat. Faster parsecode , Spiders and Crawlers I recently removed the shop mod.

Also when I uninstalled and removed the integrated chat from package manager it is still there.I mean the chat is still there even on succesful removal from package manager

Hello !

Now the forum load time has increased to 30 seconds. The home page loads in 3 seconds but the forum takes a whole lot of time.

IchBin

Have you checked your error log?

Moocat

perhaps you should ask this in the appropriate thread at simplemachines.org. not trying to be rude or anything, you'd just recieve better support from the mod author than from us.

evilopinions

yes nothing in there. Now I will go to SMF forum. Thanks for the advice.

I found the reason

http://www.evilopinions.com/index.php?action=forum
8: Undefined variable: chatShowUsers
File: /home/evilop7/public_html/Themes/default/TPortalBlocks.template.php (eval?)
Line: 341

Can anyone help me now

IchBin

I just visited your site, and it loaded perfectly fine for me. But the chatShowUsers in your error is a bit confusing. Do you have a chat mod installed on your forum?

HiroshimaPriest

I got a very rapid load on your link too, probably under 3 seconds.....FYI.

I installed the integrated chat 2.3.

Then Nothing appeared so I reinstalled it. So there were 2 chat blocks.

So I uninstalled one of them. After succesful removal of the chat from the package manager there was still one chat window which was working fine.

So I uploaded /sources folder again changed my index.php and index.template.php

Meanwhile I was checking the forum error logs and found that Only particular type of visitors were experiencing this problem.Out of 185 visitors there were only 36 errors.

I thought because chat is a java applet it must depend on my java platform.

I tried even uninstalling Tinyportal and reinstalled it.

I even manually changed all the tp files and still some of my users are experiencing the problems.

I even tried removing chat.php and chat.template.php which were still existing but that did not make any difference.

I even manually changed tportalblock.template.php 5-6 times.

Now I have got over 11 error log pages indicating the same error under 3 hours.

I have also asked the same question in smf site but to no worthy answer.
