How to make a new membergroup to see all blocks at once

Hello to all TP members. I am quite busy in my RL for a long time but now i am back

I want to ask if there is any way to make a membergroup to see all blocks at once, because is a little time consuming to edit each block settings.

You cant, you have to check every block and article manually for the new created membergroups.

I'm not sure about blocks in TP 1.0 but I do know that Bloc has plans to set permissions on categories instead of single articles.
