Recent Posts Block how to?

Sorry this may seem like a very newbie basic question, forgive me please. The recent posts and other centre blocks are showing on every page including on the forum page, I would prefer to just have it displaying on the front page only.  How do I amend this I have looked in TPAdmin under General settings and even under Edit Blocks am I missing something obvious sorry in these sections which will allow me to do what I want please?

Sorry you can just turn off the center bars when your in the forums.That can be found in TP Admin general settings and is the fourth setting down on the list.
