Hi there,

Using FCKeditor when I click the "insert edit image" button I get a Image Properties box come up just fine, but when I click the "browse" button I jest get a blank screen (see att below) I have read about a UserFiles folder and permissions, tried all diff things here to solve this, where should these folders be and what permissions should they have, so that I can click the browse button and upload images direct.

Replace all the files with new ones from the manuall TP package, and make sure the DO get overwritten.
Also when you have done that, set the permsissions to the files correctly, 755 or 777 depending on what your host allow.

Thanks G6 but what files/folders nned the permission 755 or 777 ?

G6Cad

The files and folders with the wrong permissions to then to be read and or written to.

FCKeditor. TP-uploads etc etc

If I replce all the files from the TP package will I loose and mods installed and will it affect any themes I have installed?

G6Cad

No, TP files are standalone files and not wraped with any other mod.

You say the above folders and etc etc, is there a list of what permissions each folder/file should have or do I just change all folders/files to 755?

I have just downloaded zip file and am about to re-upload tp files to overwrite othe files/folders and want to make sure I get prmissions correct.

Ok did not need to change file permissions just re-uploaded TP files from the download section and all seems fine thanks G6

Ok, I have tried the above solutions with no luck.  When I hit the browse server I get the following error:
xml request error: Internal server error 500..Any ideas?
