Block doesn't shrink?

Mods installed: 21 Mods Installed
Related Error messages: No error message.

I just noticed recently that when I try and use the "expand" and "shrink" buttons some blocks don't shrink.  If I have any more then 5 blocks the remaining ones ONLY on the left side don't shrink.  All the blocks on the right no matter how many do shrink.

How can I have more then 5 blocks but be able to shrink them with the theme options.  This happens with the default theme as well, not sure if this is a bug or not. 

Any help is appreciated.

EDIT: I apologize for that G6; I did search the forums but couldn't find anything similar to my issue.  I've edited my post and added the requested information.

After you've followed the posting guidelines, try your left blocks with 6 or 7 TP blocks that are built in instead of custom. See if the problem still exists with the pre-made TP blocks instead.
