Userbox

I am using TinyPortal on a SMF forum.  We have a userbox that shows all the normal info like avatar, posts, etc.

The problem is I have one user who's information does not show.  The userbox is named User and you can click on the name of the userbox and it will show that persons profile.

I have looked at every setting I can think of and cannot figure it out.  I'm not sure if it is a SMF, TinyPortal or database problem.  Their info shows everywhere else.

Any ideas?

With all your mods you have that change the users profiles and profile template we dont even know where to start if you dont have an error message to show us. Infact i dont even think it is tp related when i see all your mods, you must have a ton of conflict going on there.

The user may have upshrinked the block? Have them check in the default theme to see if they see a upshrink button. If not, enable it and see if they can unshrink it.

I didn't setup this site and I'm having a lot of fun trying to figure out small irritating problems.  Most have stemmed from duplicate or missing mod code.

Thanks for trying.  I was just looking for a hint or direction.

It was the setting in the userbox "Do not allow block to collapse".  I assumed that it would not allow any boxes to be in the collapsed state.  I had to allow, then log in as that user and then I had the button to collapse/open that wasn't there before.

You know what assuming does to you!
