I feel I have taken my site as far as I possibly can and now it's time to bring in some real expertise. This is a genuine offer to have some fun and see if a few talented people can really help a site with potential to really take off. At the moment the site does not generate any revenue.

Responsibilities - Coding, implementing new features, blocks, snippets, mods etc

Responsibilities - Website promotion, SEO

Budget: £0

Salary: £0

Graphic Designer

Responsibilities - Website graphics, banners, splashes, wallpapers, icons etc

The website is a social network for the people who have links with Lancashire in the UK. The demographics of the area, taking into account those who live out of the area but still retain links with it, means that the target audience is 5 million people.

Well, without being at all rude.. this board is for Support of TinyPortal. People with TinyPortal problems.
Not people who don't have a problem. To be honest what you are asking is for Staff Recruitment with possible incentives.

If we had a board for this type of request I would move it there, we don't.. so I am going to move it to the  Chit Chat board as you have already showcased your site.
