sidebar missing when create new membersgroup

this problem only happen if i assign member to new membersgroup created by myself.

Check the permissions on your Blocks, they must be edited to include each member group you wish to be able to see them.

i can't find Admin > TinyPortal > Panels and Blocks > Click to edit each block necessary

I can see Admin > TinyPortal > Block Manager >  i click Block Manager then what ? TQ

Click the Edit button of each block listed that you want to display to the groups you want.
Each block has these permissions and every time you create a new group, you have to edit the permissions for every single block, which is why it's best to create all your groups first.
