Paypal Donation mod for TP?

Is there a PayPal donation mod for TP out there somewhere?  The ones listed under Packages don't work with the current versions (at least what I've seen).

Any help is appreciated.

Why does it have to be a TP mod? I'm sure there are PayPal scripts on the internet that will work in a block.
Also, have you checked in the Block Code Snippets board?

I'm new to TP so I was assuming.  I suppose, then, I'm looking for one that works with SMF 114?  Ideally I'd like it to show up as a link in the board's main menu (Home/Forum/Calendar/Search/etc).

Well, you can add new links to the menu. There is a section in the Docs that gives instruction how to add new links. SMF may have a mod that links PayPal in the member base, but I've not really looked.
Take a look in the snippets board here.. and the Search may bring up some results
