Is it possible on my server?

I am using 3ix.org hosting and the the tinyportal mod doesn't seem to work perfectly.  I've seen a lot of the examples and they look nothing like what mine looks like.  Here is a link to my (just installed (not changed in any way from the default SMF 1.1.4 instalation)) tinyportal forums:

I'm pretty sure that something is wrong with it because none of the side bar things (which I think are refered to as blocks) have actual content.  They just contain jumbled randomness when you are logged in and don't look that clean even when you aren't.  For example, when you are logged in, the button that is supposed to say "submit" or whatever on the shotout box doesn't say anything but still does submit your post.  Also, when I go into the admin CP, the section which says TinyPortal is totally blank.  Is this a problem with my server or is it just the way I installed it?
