Permissions BUG!!!

it was a mod package i tried to put together ICH.. but it doesnt matter right now.. i know nothing of putting a mod package together but i am guessing that a theme mod isnt acceptable for SMF.. no biggy.. i only like to tinker with them anyway.. i plan on getting into logos and what not, and have had that in the works since i bought my sites.. it doesnt matter what software i use for doing what i want.. i just hate to hear "no Smoky you cant do that" i dont like breaking rules, and the whole thing is i was simply trying to help out other peolpe, see my thread there, i am not the only one with this problem.. so.. i guess i can forget about helping out.. id like to but ya know, i got my own things to do, and friends to talk with.. i do this because i liked it.. but oh well..
