Cannot download tinyportal

Hello

When i try to download tinyportal (item745) it just continues to load in Firefox and says i dont have permission to access in IE. I have tried in 2 different accounts and with proxies. Is it happening to you guys?

Check to make sure that IE has you logged into the download page.

When i was here http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?action=tpmod;dl=item745 , i am logged in but when i clicked download i am logged off

Turns out it was just a cache problem

Still dont understand why it doesnt download on firefox
