Blocks aren't displaying on some member groups!

Help me please, anyways, as a basic member, basically what you get after registration, a member can see all of the blocks that I want them to see, however, if I upgrade them to any other group, besides admin, the blocks will not display on the mainpage, and there are no blocks to show on the forums... please help me with this issue. Thank you

you have to select which groups are able to see a block in the block settings.

admin/block manager/edit block
