Having never had this problem with TP and doing this, it has to be one of 2 things. One of the other mods you've installed is causing it, or a custom block that you've added is causing it. Disable all your blocks and enable one by one to see if one is causing it. If that is not the cause, then it would have to be one of the mods doing it.

its for guests only , when i login its fine nothing wrong there !! seems bit strange.

try reducing the google ads to 468x60 instead 728x79, see if that helps
