ok I dont know anywhere to stick this but here.. we have all kinds of mods to do just about everything, and if not we have the "modders" right?? ok here is my idea, and no, i am not sure on implementing it, but if someone likes my idea lol..

Personal Page/, ie like a my space/ Gallery combined, but not for the whole site, but for individuals.. i think this could come in handy from the car sites to the gallery sites and beyond.. nothing really fancy, just a small way to upload photos, optional, and the ability to make and recieve comments, and to really incorporate the buddy list.. maybe allow buddies to give tokens, pix, mini flash games,to be stuck on the profile?? and able to be downloaded by the giver or receiver. could be very popular during Valentines.. 

not sure if this has been done or could be done, but maybe something to think about??

2. This sure can be done BUT....Not so easily.
3. I didn't liked your "Games in Profile" idea. An Arcade is what can do much better.

Dragooon, i already have the SMF gallery and looking to get rid of it, as i am planning on a major Gallery off another of my domains sometime next year. all ready in the works!!! YAY!!!

and number 3, my site isnt a gaming site, it is for graffix, and learning the different types/ways/etc., for most popular graffix programs.. (not to mention, and you are a member there, you should know how and what is on it, it's my stash spot.. im just not a big gamer and don't want a arcade on my site.. thought about a rpg game one time but that was fleeting.)

but this way, people on either a: my site or b: other sites, could trade the "what nots" either publicly, or private. i think its a good idea, just dont have time right now to look into that.. other things i want to do first.. thats why i thought to mention it, as someone around here might like the idea..

Take a look at the "Ultimate Profile" mod for SMF, it has a lot of that stuff in it all ready.
Might be a good starting point to add the other elements that you are listing.
