Cannot edit article

when i use article editor.. nothing came out..
just blank .....

but when i use my off line forum... it show an editor... with icons..

why? where is the error?

and when i try loe add article from add php the eror writes :

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/sutr43/public_html/forum/Sources/Load.php(1735) : eval()'d code(209) : eval()'d code on line 1

please help me with that eror

When you installed was there any error?
