Shoutbox Appearance

Hey guys,

Most of you have probably noticed, that the shoutbox's default appearance is with the date, time and the dotted line around the user's name. I was wondering how I could change that so that the date and time disappear, and the dotted line becomes a solid line.

Is this possible to do? And if so, how do I do it?
