Ad Managment 2.3 - install issue

I am trying to install the Ad Managment 2.3 and unfortunately it does not apply because of this message :

8.     Execute Modification     ./Sources/ManagePermissions.php     Test failed

someone get same message ?

in short:
-go to:http://modparser.dev.dansoftaustralia.net/
and get the translation of xml file and what really gets installed
-you would do it manually to each theme you would like to use.
-ultimately talk to comm. that IchBin recommend.
