Enable basic HTML (Posts and Topics -> Bulletin Board Code)

So i've been searching for the past 30 min, and i can't find where to enable basic HTML for the forum.

I found on the SMF Faq (Or some list of changes) that their was an option to allow Basic HTML, but i've only been able to find it for the front portal.

Is it something that's right in front of me but i'm just missing?

Think this is what you are after.

Admin / Forum / Posts and Topics.  Click the bulletin board code tab.

HTML is enable by default but only for Admins
use [html]YOUR HTML HERE[/html] tags
