Whole right side of my block isn't showing up for certain membergroups

[A2xSport]

Today I got a new moderator for my forum.  I made him a global mod and he started complaining that on the right side of the frontpage none of the blocks were showing up.  After some experimenting I figured out that the membergroup of global moderator or any new membergroups I made had this problem. I'm not sure what's causing it because the admin membergroup, regular membergroup, and guests don't have this problem.  If anyone could help I would appreciate it.

Feel free to use the search mate. This error has literally been covered 100's of times. You have to enable the permission for his new membergroup in EACH block.
