You downloaded the wrong version of the theme most likely. Make sure you read the red text at the top of the download section when in the bloc theme category.

Mmmm, I read it, and thought by clicking the download button I was getting the whole enchilada I needed. To get the theme for SMF and TP is not the big download button?
