Allow guests to rate articles ??

Where i can allow guests to rate an article ?

SMF 1.1.4 + TP 0.9.8 + custom edits !

No harm in asking, lots of stuff to learn here and it takes some time and effort.
I'm still trying to learn a little.

The reason is simply that the rating is tracked per member. Guests would not be able to be restricted this way. Though it might be a feature still, if we add some visual verification to it, to avoid abuse.
