IchBin, how come our file sizes are so much different?

I took a fresh copy of the 1.1.4 SSI file and added the TP line.

If you've edited this file, you need to be careful. There is a lot of extra junk and stuff in the file you provided. Possibly mods you've installed, but I don't know.

Its all good X man.
I'm using his file.
His file seems to have a bunch of extra code in it.

Did see the mods part. But I noticed the code had been changed and stuff quite a bit. It was missing alot of stuff. Perhaps an editor he opened it with.

The theme you use needs to be compatible with TinyPortal for the Portal and Blocks to show.

It's the same theme you are using but it is the TinyPortal version.
