Sorry if this has been posted countless times but I need answers quick! My forums are completely down!

I listened to the FAQ and It was perfect then i clicked the "Restart your forum" button like it said and i got a horrible error!

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /www/110mb.com/c/o/r/y/_/_/_/_/cory/htdocs/forum/SSI.php on line 177

Please help!

Xarcell

That's very odd. What other mod's are you using.

Also, please post a few lines of code above and below that line for us to look at please.

I need the code around that error in your ssi.php file in order to attempt to fix it.

Or attach the file here.

Oh, sorry.

My SSI.php is too big it says, is there another way to send it to u?

Also... Weird! I looked in my forum root directory and i saw SSI.php and SSI.php~.

EDIT! I also saw an index.php and index.php~

Cory

Sorry for bump, not sure if it is allowed here but..

*BUMP!* PLEASE HELP!

Ken.

Cory you really need to give folks some time to get to your question... bumping your post after less than one hour is a little much.

Thanks.

Ken.

Files with a tilda (~) are backup's for the 'working' files so in your case just focus on the file name asked for... SSI.php.

And you can post the file by opening it up and copying the lines of code and pasting them into a code box in your post by using the [ code] [ /code] command (without the spaces).

Yes, we cannot see where the problem lies unless you open ssi.php and post the code.

The SSI.php~ is a GOOD thing. You want those. Like Ken says, it's a backup. Just leave it be...

Cory

2 things.

1.) Sorry for bump, it's just that I will be grounded for a while so I want to get my site up!

2.) To get to my backup SSI.php, go to http://www.cory.110mb.com/forum/SSI.php~ (Not sure if I should post that here, if not.. please remove it)
