Backing up my SMF/TP site

Hello, I need to back up my SMF/TP site, so that I can reinstall on a fresh database and get my site back as it is now...  keeping my User Groups, Permissions, Board Configuration, User Accounts, etc.

Use Cpanel to back up the database (phpmyadmin in cpanel)

But from what i can understand, you want to have a FRESH database with the same content as you have now ?  If you make a fresh db, you will not have any content left asd it's stored in the old db.

You really should ask that question over on the SMF site... and do some reading in their Docs section on how to do backup's.
