Install Issue

I'm having troubles installing TP via the package manager.  I removed all other mods and themes before attempting the TP install.  As far as I can tell all permissions are set correctly and package manager says that all the tests are successful.  When I actually goto apply the mod it does the database inserts without any trouble but when I refresh the main page TP just isn't there and when I go back in to check package manager it still shows "apply mod" as an option next to TP.

You may need to do a manual install, check in the Docs section for an easy to follow how-to on the procedure.
