I'm trying to uninstall Tinyportal, can someone tell me how i can fix this? Should i just re-upload that file from an original smf package?

If you go here http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?topic=14195 you will find the edits for the install.  find that file code edits and do the reverse of what it says.   SO you will go in with ftp client and grab that file.   Take the edits made by the mod out of the file.   Then go back to your site and go ahead and do the uninstall then upload the file you edited overwriting the one that is there.  Then you have the mod uninstalled.  Tick

before i try that, what if i want to reinstall TP again. I wouldn't have to do those things manually for /profile.php, would i?

Chances are good if you have to do that to uninstall that you will have to add them back when you reinstall.  What has happened is some other mod has changed the code that the uninstaller is looking for so it does not recognize the code.  SO the chances are pretty good that if it does it one way it will do it the other.   Hope this helps  Tick.

I just remove those code blocks that was on that page. It didn't work, it gave me that "test failed"

note the part about going ahead with the uninstall and then uploading the file you modified.  You will still get the test failed but it does not matter once  you upload the file because you are doing what the test failed could not.  removing the code.  Hope this helps.  I am off to bed I will check back tomorrow and see if you got it.  Tick.

Something is messed up. I uninstalled it. There was a error line bottom of my index page. I uploaded a new "index.template.php". It got fixed.

Sorry for checking back so late.  Glad to hear you got it sorted.

here is a thing, I installed it again last night. Then I uninstalled it again. Now, it looks like that there is no TP. But i still have TP Section in my admin page.

Then it's not uninstalled properly.
The best way to make sure TP gets uninstalled is to simply replace all the files with a fresh set from the SMF install package.
That will however also remove any other mod you have installed.
If you decide to go that route, make sure you KEEP the settings.php and settings_bak.php while you replace all the other files.
