TP themes not working

I installed TP fine, then I installed the mercury theme but none of the TP stuff shows up like the side bars. Whats up with this? :(

Did you install Mercury or Mercury TP? You need the TP version of the theme to work with Tiny Portal.

That is the unmodified Mercury theme for installing on SMF. What you need is this one

That has been modified to work with TP.
