Banner blocking detection scripts question.

[Paulie]

A certain site i visit (not a naughty one  ) heavily relies on it`s banner advertising for revenue. Does anyone know if there are any lumps of code, or any scripts out there that can identify those that are actively blocking banners, or maybe even write something?

I`m sure if it was written, the owner would be willing to pay.
