Could someone do another version of the Black and White theme, and one question whenever we switch from the default theme to something else all the extra nav bar links go away like we got User CP and Shop and Gallery and when we switch they disipear is there a way to stop this?

Ken.

You'll have better success asking one question per Topic.  :)

As for your Mod buttons, as a general rule Mods only install buttons to the SMF Default theme. So, for buttons on any custom themes you must manually install those.

how would we do that we dont wanna wreck the site, or is there a way to just edit the colours of the default theme

Ken.

You can edit the default theme colors, but it is strongly suggested that you do not alter the SMF default in any way except for the Mods that you install... You need something to fall back on if things go bad in one of your custom themes.
Do a search here and on SMF for theme conversions before trying any of that so that you have some idea of how to proceed.

Same holds true for adding buttons to custom themes, most custom themes have supports threads and those threads often have instructions for extra buttons.

Search is your friend.  ;)
