Error using " Edit blocks"

Hi,

When I want to use "Edit Blocks" in TinyPortal v0.9.8  there is an option :

"Use frame from theme" ( see att picture)

When you look at the website, it doesn't work.

I'm using the BlueSkies theme

In theme by default it works properly.

What can be the problem?
