TP and SMF forms

[bigjoe11a]

What I was looking for is a way to add forms that users can fill out and send to an email or to a text file.

Does any one have any ideas

For mailing list, subscriptions and things like that

Please don't double post.

I left a reply in your previous topic.

Try the "block snippets" board. Loads of neat stuff there...

Ok, I'm lost I didn't find my last post then I thought I it didn't post.

On the user block is a handy little TP extra - Show own posts

[bigjoe11a]

Ok, what does that have to do with adding forums or did I miss under stand you. The user block doesn't have an option to display forums

When you click the link Noko told you about, you get all the posts made by that user, and the list the posts show up inside, also show the forums.
Add forums through a block is totally diffrent, and the only thing i can think of is the snippet that Thurnok made and posted in the block code and snippets board, "user submit"

[bigjoe11a]

Ok you lost me

Look in the block code and snippets board we have, there is a snippet Made by Team member Thurnok, you might be able to use that and change it so it work the way you want it to.
The code snippet he made were named user submit something (cant remember the whole name) but a look in the block code and snippets board and you will find it.

Ok, I'll try and find it.
