You can't yet.. It's an Alpha version for testing on this site. 0.9.8 is the latest beta release.

wot is stable alpha or beta

Alpha = first stage of testing something new = a lot of bugs and errors.
Beta is a more stable version (stable enough to be released to the beta testers for more bug chase = you) but still in development.
