Problems with page please help

Im new to the site and software so these questions may seem strange, so i appologize upfront.  First thing if you goto my site http://www.nbguild.com/forum/ you will see the frontpage of tiny portal.  first im wondering if there is a way to modify the front page to add links on the left right or top that would direct a user to certain area's of the site.  in addition currently there is no link to the forums themselves, it shows articles but had no easy way of getting to the forums section of the page.  Last but not least when im in admin, and i go to modify the boxes, the activation and deactivate buttons are dead links, any suggestions

Welcome to tinyportal.

It seems like you eather dont have TP installed there at all, or you have the SMF version only for the theme from the link.
If you set the forum to Default Core theme, TP will show if you have it installed.
The forum btton comes with the TP themes, and you must have the tinyportal mod installed to use them,  you will find the themes available on this site in the download and in the theme board.
