Working in a new site. 1.1.4 SMF

I redownloaded TP .09.8

Installed it and applied mod.  It said thank you for using...

It installed fine and left and right blocks show.  But I have no admin options.

As you can see on the left under tiny portal its all blank.

Main. Configuration, Forum all have links under their heading.  Tiny Portal is all blabk.

What am I missing?

Thanks,
ivnj

That has been asked many times.

The topic or board you are looking for appears to be either missing or off limits to you.

If I remember correctly, try changing your language setting to English if it's set to English utf-8.
