How to add a Poll in the frontpage?

First of all sorry if this is the wrong section.

I'd like to add a Poll in the frontpage, or a Poll Block dont know what to call it,  but something that could have a Poll :S Maybe a mod or something :S

Already checked it, but i'm kind of afraid of changing the php code :S

Also, my SMF version is 1.1.4 and all the code is for 1.1.3 or earlier. I tried the SMF Poll Mod by Clemenzo but it also won't install in my version

The mod may need to be re-written to work with this later version in which case you will need to contact the mod author.

As for changing the php code, I'm not sure what you are referring to but to use the block code snippet below you simply place it in the correct type block and make any needed adjustments to show the poll(s) you want.

It's easy to do and if you make copies of your files you can put the existing one back in case something goes wrong.

The SMF Mod does work on SMF 1.1.4. I reinstalled the mod after patching my SMF to 1.1.4. See http://dev.voixbox.com
