Little Bug for 0.7.5 and RC2

I've found a bug in Tiny installed on RC2.

If you click on Help --> The MainMenu, the page is not load, and in the Error log see that :

- http://www.xxxxx.xxx/index.php?action=help&page=index 

- Errore del Database : You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'index AND off = 0 AND approved = 1 LIMIT 1' at line 1

Thanks, Fasan. I know about the error. The "page" part of help is clashing with "page" in TP, so I have added a check to see if you are in help section or not.
