Hide Forum

How can I temporarily hide my forum and still make others parts and articles available?

I need to make my forum unavailable for a while but still allow people to see the articles and other stuff on the site.

You cant hide the forum except when you have the site in maintenance, but that will also block the rest of the site out to.

You can take the forum link off the portal page but they can still get to the forum if they type in the address manually

I went ahead and installed the Hide Board Mod, I guess that is sufficient for now. Thanks.
