Modification parse error

I'm trying install newest TP to my forums. But:

Installations actions for "TinyPortal":
Installing this package will perform the following actions:
   Type    Action    Description
1.    Extract Tree    ./Themes    
2.    Extract Tree    ./Sources    
3.    Extract Tree    ./tp-downloads    
4.    Extract Tree    ./tp-images    
5.    Extract Tree    ./FCKeditor    
6.    Extract Tree    ./wysiwyg    
7.    Execute Code    tp_install.php    
8.    Execute Modification    tinyportal09x-11x.mod    Modification parse error

CHmod should be 777 everywhere.
My SMF is totally clean, just installed.
I readed Docs but i didn't got any help.
Please help!
