Can't edit articles !

[evilopinions]

I am getting this error when I click on add article !

2: template_main(AplosRTE/rte.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory
File: /home/evilop7/public_html/Themes/default/TPortalBlocks.template.php (eval?)
Line: 717

What might be the possible problem !

I rechecked and found the file Tportalblock.template.php is still there.

I read a post that had a similiar problem to mine.

So now my problem is where do you upload the ApolsRTE folder !
