WHERE ARE THE META TAGS?

I cannot find where to add them.  where do i start, if you just point in the direction ill find them, please anyone, im seriously aggrevatred, help aleviate my frustrations 

o yeah im running Aa_New_Damage 1.1 at www.clan-less.com/smf/ and i sue firefox and it defaults to the register/login at the BOTTOM of the page, not the top  help?!?!?!

THE META TAGS ARE IN THE THEME! IF YOU USE A EDITOR TO OPEN THE FILES YOU CAN USE THE SEARCH FEATURE TO FIND THEM!
