CHMOD permission filelist

Hello,
could you kindly provide a list of files, where the permission has to be changed to 777?

In manual ( http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?topic=14230.0 ) theres written

"4. Some servers and files might have permission limitations for the files, if that is the case for you, you need to set the permissions for the files to a higher value. Most hosts and servers will use 755 or 777, so if 755 doesn't work for you, change them to 777 and try again. [HOW TO] Permission issues guide ("will be added to the docs").

I really need this list because I dont have FTP installed on the server, so I must change the permission manually. The problem is, I can't find out which files I have to change.
