close single passage to visitors in the forum

As I can manage to close the passage to visitors in the forum but who they can see the news and the blocks of the portal

The settings for the membergroups the blocks will show up for are there when you create them or edit the blocks.
Simply check the membergroup you want the blocks to show for, you as admin will always see all of them.
