How do I change my link buttons?

Hi,

I have been looking for a couple hours now and did a quick search, but can not see how I change the link buttons on the top.

Why would I have two forum buttons?

When I installed mods before the buttons just showed up.
For example when I installed the SMF Gallery a button/link was created for the Gallery.
Same for the SMF Classifieds.
